The Co-producer will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the Production team. This position is responsible for coordinating, managing, and overseeing various details related to content production, enabling the Production Manager to focus on strategic planning and overall project management
Responsibilities:
1. Production Coordination:
- Support the Senior Producer/Production Lead in planning and managing content projects.
- Liaise between internal teams (e.g., Creative, Marketing, Brand Management) and external parties (e.g., Freelancers, Suppliers, Influencers, UGCs) to ensure projects run according to plan and budget.
- Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring all stakeholders adhere to deadlines.
2. Resource Sourcing and Management:
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage high-quality freelance Creators, Videographers, Photographers, Editors, and UGCs tailored to project needs.
- Oversee contracts, documentation, and payment processes for external personnel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of freelancers and suppliers.
3. Production Process Support:
- Assist in preparing clear and comprehensive creative briefs for team members and freelancers.
- Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and report any issues or delays to the supervisor.
- Conduct preliminary quality checks on deliverables before final review.
- Assist in organizing and managing digital assets related to production.
4. Budget and Documentation Management:
- Assist in tracking and managing production expenses to ensure they remain within the allocated budget.
- Prepare and manage relevant documentation, such as quotations, purchase orders, and expense reports.
5. Other duties as assigned related to supporting the Production team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in production, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of digital media production processes (stills, video, live streaming).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- (Preferred) Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- (Preferred) An existing network of freelancers (Creators, Editors, MCs, UGCs) is a plus.
