Responsibilities:

  • Creator & Affiliate Strategy
    • Develop and scale AIRR’s creator and affiliate strategy to drive performance across key brand partners.
    • Define the role of creators and affiliates within each brand’s growth plan, aligning content direction with commercial targets and emerging platform trends.
    • Own the performance framework for creator and affiliate content, including attribution models, ROI benchmarks, and optimization tactics.
    • Lead ongoing trend research and competitive benchmarking to inform strategy and identify new opportunities for growth.

  • Creator & Affiliate Management & Activation
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential creators and affiliates who align with brand values and campaign objectives.
    • Oversee the full lifecycle of creator/affiliate partnerships—from briefing and contracting to content rollout and performance review.
    • Foster long-term creator relationships and cultivate engaged brand-specific affiliate communities.
    • Act as the lead point of contact for creator/affiliate negotiations, contract terms, and issue resolution.

  • Cross-Functional Execution
    • Work closely with commercial, brand, and production teams to align creator strategy with sales, content, and brand-building goals.
    • Translate campaign needs into clear, actionable creator briefs and ensure deliverables meet both creative and performance standards.

  • Performance & Operations
    • Define KPIs for creator-led and affiliate campaigns; monitor GMV, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
    • Build scalable systems and SOPs to streamline creator onboarding, briefing, and performance tracking.
    • Stay up to date with TikTok and other social platform developments, tools, and affiliate programs; share insights regularly with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in creator/affiliate management, influencer marketing, or performance-driven content roles—preferably with a TikTok-first lens.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok’s creator ecosystem, affiliate tools, and content dynamics.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving measurable outcomes from creator campaigns.
  • Confident negotiator and relationship builder with creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and performance-driven, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours to collaborate with KOLs and content creators who may be active outside of standard working times
