Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job ads and screening incoming applications
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Help maintain data and notes in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Communicate with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of working experience; any field welcome (HR, Business, Communications, or related fields preferred)
- Highly trainable with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow — this is more important than experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Thai
- Comfortable with tools such as Google Suite, LinkedIn, and basic digital platforms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
