The Senior Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure inventory health and timely and accurate order fulfillment to drive business growth.   This role is responsible for demand planning, purchase order processes, inventory accuracy, inbound/outbound coordination, and system efficiency (OMS/WMS), while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners. The Senior Supply Chain Specialist also engages vendors and monitors their performance to maintain a smooth and cost-effective supply chain. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develops demand plans and forecasts by analyzing historical trends and demand drivers. Ensures forecast accuracy through cross-functional collaboration and real-time updates from sales, marketing, and supply teams. 
  • Oversees stock allocation and fulfillment planning in fast-paced environments. Conducts regular analysis to optimize inventory levels, improve forecast accuracy, and drive operational efficiency. 
  • Monitor and process warehouse operations including order fulfillment, inventory tracking, inbound/outbound logistics, and dispatch accuracy. 
  • Ensure accurate processing of picklists, coordinate warehouse dispatches, and resolve OMS-related issues. 
  • Monitor shipping schedules, track deliveries, and maintain high Ship-On-Time (SOT) rates. 
  • Manage order-related issues such as returns, cancellations, inventory discrepancies, leading post-delivery action items and ensuring stock accuracy and timely turnover through regular reporting on stock levels and shelf-life. 
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Commercial and Finance) and external parties (e.g., 3PL providers, courier services, platform partners) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time delivery. 
  • Evaluate vendor performance, ensure service levels are met, and identify potential new suppliers or cost efficiency initiatives 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse, Logistics Operations and Demand and Supply Planning. 
  • Proficient in WMS/OMS systems and e-commerce order platforms. 
  • Excellent multitasking and executional skills—able to run multiple workflows without missing details. 
  • Strong problem-solving mindset: fix first, then improve. 
  • Confident communicator who can align and push both internal and external stakeholders to get results. 
  • Negotiation and vendor management skills, with a focus on performance delivery.
