The role of the Content Strategist entails collaborating with the Brand Managers to ensure comprehensive alignment of creative strategy and direction for the brand. This includes meticulous planning and execution of the brand's influencer strategy, specifically focused on driving awareness and conversions on the Social Media Platforms (with a focus on TikTok). The Content Strategist will work closely with Content Creators and Producers to guarantee the punctual and high-quality delivery of planned content.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development:

    • Develop a comprehensive content strategy that enhances the brand’s presence across key social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok.
    • Create and manage content calendars to ensure a consistent and strategic posting schedule across platforms.
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for content performance on each platform and optimize strategies accordingly.
    • Stay ahead of emerging trends, viral content, and platform updates to keep the brand’s presence relevant and fresh, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders.
    • Identify and collaborate with KOLs/KOCs best suited for each platform and campaign activation.

Content Planning and Execution:

    • Oversee content creation for all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and audience preferences.
    • Work closely with production teams to develop engaging multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and copy tailored to each platform.
    • Create original content that resonates with diverse audiences, leveraging storytelling, humor, challenges, and trends.
    • Optimize content for platform-specific algorithms, formats, and engagement best practices.

Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor performance metrics (views, engagement rates, follower growth, conversions, etc.) across platforms and provide regular insights.
    • Analyze content performance data to refine and enhance content strategies for each platform.
    • Conduct A/B testing on content types to determine the most effective formats, messaging, and themes.

Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Partner with influencers and creators to expand content reach and engagement.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, PR, design, paid media, etc.) to align content with broader brand campaigns and business objectives.
    • Stay informed on the competitive landscape and evolving social media trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing communication, creative agencies, or eCommerce, handling local and international clients.
    • Proven experience in account management within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, especially TikTok. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) is preferred.
    • Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service.
    • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and solution-led skills, with the ability to guide the team effectively.
    • Fluency in Thai & English, both spoken and written, is required.
