The role of Content Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven content strategy, with a strong focus on TikTok. Responsibilities include content planning, trend-driven creation, influencer collaboration (KOLs/KOCs), and performance optimization. The role ensures brand alignment, audience engagement, and platform-specific content effectiveness while working cross-functionally with marketing, PR, and design teams.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Content and Influencers Planning & Development

  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy that enhances the brand’s presence across key social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok.
  • Defines target audiences, engagement drivers, and platform suitability based on data insights.
  • Creates and manages content calendars to ensure a consistent and strategic posting schedule.

Identifies and collaborates with KOLs/KOCs to enhance content reach.

Tracks emerging trends, viral content, and platform updates, sharing insights to keep strategies relevant.

Content and KOLs Execution & Optimization

  • Identify and partner with KOLs, KOCs, and hosts that align with the brand’s goals.
  • Oversee KOL/KOC collaborations, ensuring content creation, posting schedules, and brand messaging are met.
  • Track and analyze KOL/KOC performance on TikTok and other platforms, adjusting strategies for optimal impact.
  • Execute briefing to selected KOL/KOC to ensure on communication direction and QC all KOL/KOC content before posting
  • Works with production teams to create engaging short-form videos, graphics, and copy, optimized for TikTok and other platforms.
  • Leverages storytelling, humor, challenges, and trends to enhance audience engagement.
  • Continuously tests and refines content formats and messaging based on performance data.

Performance Tracking & Insights

  • Monitors key metrics (views, engagement rates, follower growth, conversions).
  • Analyzes performance data to refine content strategies and optimize for TikTok’s algorithm.
  • Conducts A/B testing and provides regular insights to enhance content effectiveness.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Partners with influencers, creators, and KOLs/KOCs to expand reach.
  • Aligns with marketing, design, and paid media teams on content strategy.
  • Manages production workflows, deadlines, and approvals to ensure smooth execution.
  • Stays ahead of competitor strategies and industry trends, adjusting plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in content strategy, social media management, or digital marketing with 2-3 years' working experience working in a Digital Agency is preferrable.
  • Proven track record of growing TikTok and other social media platforms through engaging content.
  • Experience working with KOLs/KOCs, influencers, and creators to drive content success.
  • Ability to develop and manage content calendars with a strategic, long-term approach.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, performance metrics, and audience engagement tactics.
