The Senior Digital Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in driving brand performance and providing strategic direction across a portfolio of emerging brands while supporting and guiding team members in the commercial unit. Acting as both a hands-on brand leader and a mentor, this role balances operational execution with strategic oversight, ensuring the achievement of business goals in alignment with AIRR Labs’ commercial vision.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of e-commerce expertise, strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and leadership capability to manage key brand accounts and collaborate across functions to deliver growth.

Responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy & Execution

  • Oversee the development of brand-specific business plans, including forecasting, pricing, and promotional strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across touchpoints from listing to delivery.
  • Identify emerging industry trends and translate them into actionable business opportunities.

Brand Ownership & Performance

  • Lead and manage assigned brand portfolio to achieve commercial KPIs across e-commerce platforms.
  • Develop and implement brand growth strategies, annual plans, and GTM execution with internal stakeholders (Media Marketing, Customer Experience).
  • Analyze sales and campaign performance to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
  • Team Collaboration & Guidance
  • Act as a strategic advisor to brand managers and cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge, tools, and best practices.
  • Support the Head of Commercial / Commercial Lead in unit-wide planning, operational alignment, and performance monitoring.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to team capability building and cross-brand synergies.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with brands and marketplace partners.
  • Lead negotiations for annual commercial agreements with partners.
  • Act as a key point of contact for external brand partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Drive efficient brand operations, including inventory health, customer fulfillment, and campaign readiness.
  • Monitor consumer behaviors, category trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure that internal processes and documentation are maintained and improved.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in brand/account management or e-commerce operations.
  • Proven track record in driving brand growth and managing commercial partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to balance operational detail with strategic thinking.
  • Strong leadership mindset, with experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, consumer behavior, and digital media landscapes.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
