The Performance Marketing Manager has a proven track record in managing and optimizing digital media initiatives across various channels not limited to to Lazada, Shopee, TikTok and META. He/she will lead Performance Marketing Associates and Specialists in stakeholder management, & the primary person responsible for hitting media plan and growth targets while ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive guided GMV growth through a targeted performance marketing effort.
  • Implement personalized and segmented marketing approached to enhance media efficiency
  • Ensure accuracy of media documents such as Cost Estimates and reports
  • Ensure media operations efficiency and on-time delivery of internal and external stakeholder requests
  • Mentor Performance Marketing Associates and Specialists by working with Head of Media on career development plans.
  • Together with Head of Media, Performance Marketing Managers are responsible for optimizing team efficiency.
  • Responsible for managing complex data pools and transforming this into actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, Communications or Marketing Management
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital media planning, including: site direct, paid search, paid social
  • Experience in CPAS is required
  • Onsite platform solutions (shopee, lazada)
  • Previous experience trafficking digital media campaigns, ad operations background, or solid understanding of technical digital media set-up
  • Expertly synthesize complex digital strategies and optimizations into digestible insights
  • Ability to transform business numbers into actionable digital media strategy
  • Intermmediate excel skills
  • Works well in a cross functional team (Stakeholder management)
