Store Manager
The Store Manager is in charge of overseeing daily store operations & ensuring store metrics are above platform target. They also work closely with the brand team in order to meet the needs & achieve the goals of the brand. The store manager should be a team leader, organized, and detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily store operations and performance
- Guiding the CSEAs on the following:
- Store metrics – chat response time & rate, ratings & reviews.
- Store decoration
- Promotion setup
- Product listing/performance
- Content management
- Customer service — addressing customer concerns
- Working with the Brand Managers & Brand Teams in campaign planning
- Supporting the Brand Managers in executing campaigns
- Developing plans & strategies to maintain good store metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in store management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (able to articulate thoughts well, give clear answers)
- Able to lead a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Has data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Preferably familiar with ecommerce platforms (Lazada/Shopee)
