Store Manager

The Store Manager is in charge of overseeing daily store operations & ensuring store metrics are above platform target. They also work closely with the brand team in order to meet the needs & achieve the goals of the brand. The store manager should be a team leader, organized, and detail oriented.


Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily store operations and performance
  • Guiding the CSEAs on the following:
  1. Store metrics – chat response time & rate, ratings & reviews.
  2. Store decoration
  3. Promotion setup
  4. Product listing/performance
  5. Content management
  6. Customer service — addressing customer concerns
  • Working with the Brand Managers & Brand Teams in campaign planning
  • Supporting the Brand Managers in executing campaigns
  • Developing plans & strategies to maintain good store metrics


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in store management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (able to articulate thoughts well, give clear answers)
  • Able to lead a team
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Has data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Preferably familiar with ecommerce platforms (Lazada/Shopee)
