Operations Support Associate
The Operations Support Associate is responsible for key functions in operations - order verification and fulfilment, and internal and external coordination. S/he will support the processing of orders and other related transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents in AIRR Labs’ supply chain and fulfilment operations. S/he will also coordinate with 3PL and customer service groups for efficient and effective dissemination of information related to orders.
Responsibilities:
- Prompting picklist, sending picklist to warehouse, changing order statuses on Seller Centers, tracking warehouse dispatches to courier, monitoring of Ship-On-Time (SOT) rate, monitoring of cancellations/returns and leading post-delivery action points when needed.
- Troubleshooting picklist issues in the internal order management system (OMS) and updating of inventory on OMS and Seller Centers.
- Coordinating with AIRR Labs’ Brand Leads for promo details and stock requirements, coordinating with Demand & Supply Planner for stock forecasting, inventory management, and PO creation; and coordinating with internal OMS team for any tech support needed.
- External coordination with warehouse teams for order and inventory concerns and with platform teams for any assistance needed with order dispatching.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in project management and administrative tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze multiple data sets
- Keen attention to details
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the organization and externally
