IT Support Assistant

Requirements

• Good at Microsoft Office, Office365, network technology and other related IT products.
• Good interpersonal relations and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team, able to manage their own workload and complete it within the deadline.

Responsibility

• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware, software and networking.
• Provide day-to-day support for all internal and external IT systems and users, minimizing any system outages.
• Record all issues that arise and advise the IT Manager of any issues that need further attention
• Assist in IT project implementation.
• Perform other related task as assigned from time to time.
