Job Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders by aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives. This role supports workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, performance management, organizational development, and compliance with labor laws. The HRBP works closely with department managers to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic HR support.
  • Drive recruitment activities, onboarding, and manpower planning to meet operational requirements.
  • Support performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
  • Support succession planning and talent management programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve workforce effectiveness.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with payroll and compensation teams on HR-related matters.
  • Assist with organizational restructuring, change management, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is preferred to support communication with Mandarin-speaking employees, customers, or business partners.
