Job Profile: Client Account Executive

Job Summary
The Client Account Executive is responsible for managing existing customer accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining long-term relationships, coordinating with internal departments, and achieving sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with customers. (Standard accounts)
- Monitor customer forecasts, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
- Resolve customer complaints, quality issues, and delivery concerns in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular customer visits, meetings, and business reviews.
- Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in the ERP/CRM system.
- Represent the company professionally during customer visits, exhibitions, and business events.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
- Prior exposure to a manufacturing office environment is highly preferred.
Essential Skills & Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for tracking data and generating basic reports.
- Basic understanding of ERP or CRM workflows (order entry, customer data updates).
- Familiarity with tracking customer forecasts, purchase orders, and standard delivery schedules.Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
