Actmax Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a Legal Advisor to provide strategic legal guidance, protect the company's interests, and support our continued business growth.
📍 Location: Balakong, Selangor

Key Responsibilities
• Provide legal advice to Management on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks across business operations.
• Support dispute resolution, litigation, and engagement with external legal counsel when required.
• Advise on employment law, industrial relations, and compliance matters.
• Review company policies and recommend legal improvements.
• Monitor changes in legislation and provide timely legal updates to the business.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
✔ Admitted to the Malaysian Bar with a valid practising certificate is an advantage.
✔ Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate, manufacturing, or commercial environment.
✔ Strong knowledge of Malaysian corporate, commercial, employment, and contract law.
✔ Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
✔ Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with cross-functional teams.
