Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for the organization. This role involves managing the recruitment team, overseeing sourcing and selection processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies that align with the organization’s goals and culture.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment events, to identify potential candidates.
  • Selection Process: Oversee the selection process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates, ensuring alignment with organizational values and culture.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support throughout the hiring process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Essential Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring practices.
  • Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in recruitment.
