Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for the organization by implementing effective sourcing strategies, enhancing the candidate experience, and collaborating closely with hiring managers. This role focuses on attracting top talent and building a strong employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates aligned with organizational needs.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Interviewing and Selection: Conduct interviews and assessments, providing guidance to hiring managers on candidate evaluations and selection decisions.
- Employer Branding: Actively promote the company’s employer brand through effective communication, social media presence, and participation in recruitment events.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and facilitating smooth onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires in various roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with recruitment marketing tools is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
Essential Skills & Knowledge
- Experience in specialized recruitment areas (e.g., tech, finance, healthcare).
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
