Job Profile: Process Engineer (Line Improvement)

Job Summary
We are seeking qualified Process Engineers to join our manufacturing operations. The selected candidates will support production activities across 6 plants, focusing on process optimization, problem resolution, and continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence in quality, cost, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve production line issues, product nonconformities, and MRB (Material Review Board) matters.
- Implement and sustain process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and minimize equipment downtime.
- Optimize cycle time, material yield, and tooling performance through systematic engineering analysis.
- Conduct feasibility studies and process capability evaluations (Cp, Cpk).
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams in real time.
- Prepare and maintain reports on process performance and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or electronics process engineering.
Essential Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in data analysis; experience with CAD, Minitab, or ERP systems (such as SAP) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel between manufacturing plants when required.
