As a Senior Penetration Tester, you will need to :
- Lead and execute end-to-end penetration testing engagements across internal and external networks.
- Perform security assessments for web applications, APIs, mobile applications, wireless networks, Active Directory, cloud environments, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Conduct vulnerability validation and manual exploitation to assess the real-world impact of identified weaknesses.
- Prepare clear, professional technical and executive reports with actionable remediation recommendations.
- Present assessment findings and remediation guidance to clients and stakeholders.
- Support remediation validation and vulnerability retesting.
- Research emerging vulnerabilities, attack techniques, and offensive security tools to continuously improve assessment methodologies.
- Mentor junior penetration testers through technical guidance, report reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with project managers, security consultants, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to cybersecurity proposals, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept activities when required.
We are looking for an individual with:
- 5–8 years of hands-on penetration testing experience in a consulting, MSSP, or enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, web technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Proven experience in leading and perform VAPT assessment.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards such as OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, PTES, NIST, and CIS Benchmarks.
- OSCP, OSEP, CREST CRT / CCT, CEH or CompTIA PenTest+ certifications will be an added advantage
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
