We are looking for a Network Engineer who would like to grow with us, clearly defined by three things:

As a Network Engineer, you will have a chance to:
- Understand customers’ needs and their system requirements, and the network solutions proposed by Sales Team to customers
- Participate in and contribute to the overall implementation of solutions from pre-sales to post-sales
- Initiate necessary tests and changes to ensure end-to-end solution integrity/technical feasibility across the products and services proposed to the customers
- Responsible for provision, deployment, installation of network solutions
- Handle customers’ calls, perform troubleshooting and resolution
- Monitor, track and communicate the status of support requests
- Perform and provide report for preventive maintenance for customers, firmware upgrade, health check and the relevant
- Assist Sales Team to facilitate progression towards deal closure
- Attend technical meetings with customers, respond to RFP/RFQ, ensure successful Proofs-Of-Concept (POCs), propose solutions and advise on best practices
- Stay updated with the latest solution or technology and propose to the company as solution offerings on network solutions
- Responsible for adhering to Company’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP) by understanding the plan and the role as well as taking ownership for specific action
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services by participating in educational activities
We are looking for an individual with:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or Professional Certificate from a recognized institution, preferably in IT/Information Systems/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on technical implementation experience on enterprise solutions.
- Experience working with a System Integrator (SI) or Technology Consulting organization is preferred
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills: confident in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to interact with customers professionally on behalf of the company.
