We are looking for a Business Development Manager who would like to grow with us, clearly defined by three things:

As a Business Development Manager, you are required to:

  • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within Malaysia, leveraging market insights and industry trends to drive growth and expand the company's client base.
  • Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with new potential clients, strategic partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth, foster collaboration, and enhance long-term success.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies by executing targeted plans to generate high-quality leads, enhance client engagement, and collaborate closely with the Sales team to close deals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities that enhance brand visibility and support overall business growth objectives.
  • Develop compelling proposal and engaging presentations, effectively communicate value propositions, secure client commitments, and drive successful deal closures.
  • Maintain business momentum by working closely with all stakeholders to ensure strategic and timely execution of sales and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multiple parties internally and externally (Solution Manager, Marketing, Technical Services & Support, external partners, technology vendors) to support company’s objective and add value to customers.
  • Drive upselling opportunities by offering tailored solutions to existing clients while proactively identifying and pursuing new accounts for business expansion.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities within the job scope that assigned by the Management from time to time.

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certificate from a recognized institution, preferably in IT / Information Systems / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Business/Marketing.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in managing key B2B client accounts, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Proven expertise in driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong expertise in market research and strategic planning to identify opportunities, analyze trends, and drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to effectively present and communicate their value to clients.
  • Professional communication and influential presentation skills.
  • Own transport and willing to travel to client offices.
  • Experience working with a System Integrator (SI) or Technology Consulting organization is preferred.
