We are looking for a Unified Communications (UC) Engineer who would like to grow with us, clearly defined by three things:

As a Unified Communications (UC) Engineer you will have a chance to:
- Understand customers’ need and their system requirements, as well the system of Unified Communications solutions
- Assists in the development and deployment of solutions including creating technical documentation for infrastructure solutions.
- Ensure all activities required for the project execution are delivered in a timely manner to meet the project schedule/deadlines.
- Designs, installs, configures tests, and maintains routine and varied automation, hardware, and associated equipment according to customer specifications to meet objectives.
- Identify network system issues, troubleshoot, and provide solutions and provide preventative measures to ensure uptime and optimal performance of the environment according to policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the teams for on-going maintenance e.g. infra-application version upgrade, hotfix deploy, system monitoring, job automations.
We are looking for an individual with:
- Diploma/ Bachelor Degree/ Professional Certificate preferably in IT/ Information Systems/ Computer Science.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on technical implementation experience on enterprise Unified Communication solutions.
- Experience in helping people communicate through managing, designing and implementing enterprise scale VolP and Video over IP network environments with a focus on Microsoft and Polycom voice and video technologies.
- Experience working with a System Integrator (SI) or Technology Consulting organization.
