We are looking for a Product Manager who would like to grow with us, clearly defined by three things:

As a Product Manager, you will have a chance to:

  • Identify opportunities and define the product strategy and roadmap to drive business expansion for the assigned product in Malaysia. 
  • Build rapport and meet the expectation and measurable KPI from the technology brand principal / vendor. 
  • Develop, execute and track business expansion progress according to plans; work internally with Sales Team to meet and/or exceed target number of pipelines and sales, plus additional KPI/ goals such as certification requirement, marketing effort, etc. that will impact the business. 
  • Articulate compelling value propositions around Network Security, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security and so on that is aligned with client’s business priorities. 
  • Manage momentum throughout the sales cycle by working closely with all stakeholders strategically and timely. 
  • Collaborate with multiple parties internally and externally (Solution Manager, Marketing, Technical Services & Support, external partners, technology vendors) to support company’s objective and add value to customers. 
  • Run successful Proof-of-Concept (POCs) and product presentation, create and maintain a good relationship with product principals. 
  • Responsible for adhering to Company’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP) by understanding the plan and the role as well as taking ownership for a specific action. 
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services by participating in educational activities. 
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities within the job scope that assigned by the Management from time to time.


We are looking for an individual with:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certificate from a recognized institution, preferably in IT/Information Systems/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/Business/Marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing any enterprise technology product or services, experience dealing with enterprise end users is a definite advantage.
  • Professional communication and influential presentation skills.
  • Able to grasp ideas and translate into sales pitch quickly.
