We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who would like to grow with us, clearly defined by three things:

As an Inside Sales Representative you will have a chance to:


  • Perform research, industry screening and prospecting that is in line with company products, services and offering.  
  • Create and maintain the database of potential clients for company reference on future dealings, cross selling, events and follow ups. 
  • Work closely with Sales Team to fulfill the sales cycle starting from qualifying and engagement of appointments and meetings. 
  • Providing clients with the relevant information prior to initiating the meetings and up to handing over the clients to the Sales Team 
  • Communicate and work closely with Sales Team to meet and achieve sales target and building sales pipeline together with Corporate Account Managers 
  • Perform sales cycle tracking on weekly, monthly and on quarterly performance. 
  • Communicate with distributors for product information and commercial which includes performing cost analysis. 
  • Assist Sales Team to source and prepare tenders, pricing, collecting information for submission to clients. 
  • Monitor and take charge of internal support and maintenance renewal. Perform sales cycle for renewal and pursue for closure. 
  • Liaise with Operations team for Support and Maintenance contract renewal. 
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customers’ needs as well as Internal Sales Team needs on an ongoing basis. 
  • Responsible for adhering to Company’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP) by understanding the plan and the role as well as taking ownership for a specific action. 
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services by participating in educational opportunities. 
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities within the job scope that assigned by the Management from time to time. 


We are looking for an individual with:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing-related discipline 
  • Possesses a drive to succeed, highly motivated, self-driven and able to work independently. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work with all levels of people as well as excellent interpersonal and written skills. 
  • Minimum 2 years working experience. 
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office application 
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills 
  • Exceptional customer service skills
