We are looking for a Senior Executive, IT Support & Renewal who would like to grow with us, clearly defined by three things:

As a Senior Executive, IT Support & Renewal, you will have a chance to:
- Understand the overall IT Support process and procedures and ensuring IT Support Team adhere to the related process and procedure.
- Ensure IT Support attending the tickets by providing technical support to users in timely manner
- Analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve incidents, issues, and service requests.
- Document every incident and support request in the ticketing system and ensure the tickets are closed or escalated accordingly
- To ensure the Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met
- Ensure the standby for any ad-hoc technical support in rotation basis are properly scheduled
- Manage the overall subscription and support renewals, preparing the renewal maintenance list and notifications (to ensure all the support and maintenance are renewed)
- Liaise with Sales Team and other internal parties to ensure smooth processing of quotes and renewals for customers
- Responsible for adhering to Company’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP) by understanding the plan and the role as well as taking ownership for a specific action
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services by participating in educational activities
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that assigned by the management from time to time
We are looking for an individual with:
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certificate from a recognized institution, preferably in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk role, with understanding and technical ability in IT Networking, Security, Cloud and Unified Communications services
- High proficiency in spoken and written English language
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support
