As a Protege, you will have a chance to:
- Understand customers’ need and their IT equipments
- Implement IT equipments
- Manage IT equipment services including provisioning and configuration
- Handle on-site support following SLA
- Provide IT support
- Collaborate with the teams for on-going maintenance e.g. infra-application version upgrade, hotfix deploy, system monitoring, job automations
We are looking for an individual with:
- Fresh graduates with Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Certificate preferably in IT/ Information Systems/ Computer Science
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; confident in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
