We are looking for a IT Support Assistant who would like to grow with us, clearly defined by three things:

As a IT Support Assistant, you will have a chance to:


  • Understand the overall Technical Support process and procedures
  • Attend to all customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner as well as providing advice and support in timely manner
  • Provide effective and timely resolution for all voice and non-voice interactions (phone, email, self-service tickets, chats, and voicemail) with customers
  • Analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve incidents, issues, and service requests
  • Document every incident and support request in the ticketing system and ensure the tickets are closed or escalated accordingly
  • Track tickets statuses and ensure SLA (Service Level Agreement) are observed
  • Standby for any ad-hoc technical support in rotation basis


We are looking for an individual with:


  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree of Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk Role
  • Willing to work on extra time, public holiday, or weekend when necessary
  • Possess understanding and technical ability in IT Networking, Security & Cloud Services
  • Exceptional attention to detail with good time management and organizational skills
  • High proficiency in spoken and written in English language and willing to work on rotational shift
