We are looking for a Contract Executive who would like to grow with us, clearly defined by three things:

As a Contract Executive, you will have a chance to:
- Prepare contracts and specific documentation with the support of the relevant business, operational or supporting departments, subcontractors, and partners. e.g., Procedures, Certificates, Reports, Bank Guarantees etc.
- Negotiate contract agreements for products and services.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining the records in contract processes which include operational documents such as claims, tenders, and reports to business partners.
- Monitor and advise on compliance with contractual obligations, including revisions to existing contract, verifying accuracy, and resolving discrepancies in line with company rules and guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal Operation, Finance and Human Resources teams to ensure contracts’ compliance.
- Coordinate with clients to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations.
We are looking for an individual with:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Business Law or any relevant studies
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Contract Executive in a related industry
- In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications
- Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve client complaints and concerns
