As a Strategic Advisor, you will have a chance to:
- Providing strategic advice to management on how the company can improve its operations to increase profitability
- Lead the development and execution of the organization's strategic plans, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives. Continuously monitor and assess progress against strategic goals.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging trends
- Analysing market trends to determine which products or services will be most profitable for a business to offer
- Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their strategic needs and provide guidance on achieving them
- Recommending changes to organizational structures or business processes that will increase efficiency or productivity
- Advising leadership on topics such as employee motivation, conflict resolution, ethics, compliance, and productivity
- Effectively communicate strategic plans and recommendations to all levels of the organization, ensuring understanding and buy-in
We are looking for an individual with:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Business Management, Information Technology or any relevant studies
- More than 10 years of experience as strategy consultation
- Detailed knowledge of industry trends and market behaviour
- Excellent project management skills and deep understanding of management frameworks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Report writing skills
