We are looking for a Senior Network Security Engineer who would like to grow with us, clearly defined by three things:

As a Senior Network Security Engineer, you will have a chance to:

• ·Be responsible for project progress monitoring, develop strategy and lead deployment including handover to operations by coordinating activities across suppliers/ vendors, internal departments and business stakeholders
• Manage and implement network changes in accordance to the technology architecture design and standard. Assist in setup and maintenance of the organization’s systems to ensure reliability & stability throughout the deployment.
• Review and submit for approval for changes not limited to network, firewalls or load balancers changes by working closely with Security Network infrastructure vulnerability scanning and follow up closely with managed services partners to close the security gap within the agreed timeline or with any exemption. To prepare reports and before and after the gaps are closed
• Manage Network infrastructure implementation services including network hardware landing, operating systems installation, provisioning and configuration not limited to routers/ switches/ load balancers/ firewalls/ access points/ cabling and others
• Provide network support and periodic network configuration verification; to ensure processes are in place to address infrastructure build activity, including implement in accordance to infra architecture guideline, SOP, and configuration documents.
• Perform project delivery from implementation until handover/acceptance by Operation team. Provide support during stabilization period and handling all escalated issues related to implementation.
• Collaborate with the teams for on-going maintenance, e.g. infra application version upgrade, hotfix deploy, system monitoring, job automations.
• Work closely with BAU and project team, system administrator, DBA, application leads to clarify on Infrastructure requirements. Produce adhoc reporting and custom reporting when required.

We are looking for an individual with:

• Diploma/ Bachelor Degree/ Professional Certificate preferably in IT/ Information Systems/ Computer Science
• Minimum 4 years of hand-on experience on network and cybersecurity solutions e.g Firewalls, Advanced Persistent Threats, Email Gateway, etc
• Experience working with a System Integrator (SI) or Technology Consulting organization
• CCNA, CCNP, ITIL or any related certifications will be an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; confident in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
