As a Shipping Trainee with AAL, you will receive comprehensive training in various areas, empowering you to excel in this exciting field.
Key Responsibilities:
Over the 18-month traineeship, the objective is for the trainee to develop a comprehensive understanding of AAL's services and clients. Focusing on building comprehensive, interdisciplinary knowledge of each department's responsibility, including Chartering, Operations, Finance, QHSE, and Engineering.
- Participate in on-the-job training and rotational assignments in different departments.
- Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities.
