Store Manager (Philippines)

As we establish 3cat in the Philippines, we're looking for Store Managers to lead our stores, build strong frontline teams and deliver the kind of customer experience that will help establish 3cat in this new market.

The Role

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day performance of your store.

You'll own the store operations.

That means driving sales, leading and developing your team, managing stock and store operations, and making sure every customer has a great experience with 3cat.

As one of our early retail leaders in the Philippines, you'll also play an important role in establishing how 3cat operates locally, bringing our standards to life, identifying what needs to improve and helping us build strong foundations as we grow.

You'll be the key link between your store and the wider 3cat team, making sure priorities are executed well on the ground and that store issues are raised and resolved quickly.

You'll take ownership of:

• Store Performance & Sales: Drive store sales and KPIs, understand what's working and take action when performance needs to improve.
• Customer Experience: Make sure every customer receives helpful, professional and consistent service from the team.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach and motivate your team through onboarding, on-the-job training, regular feedback and performance management.
• Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing, staff scheduling, cash handling, security and overall store readiness.
• Inventory & Store Standards: Manage stock counts, transfers, product handling and loss prevention while keeping the store organised, properly merchandised and ready for customers.
• SOP, Reporting & Coordination: Ensure company SOPs and policies are followed, while keeping the wider team updated on store performance, staffing, stock and operational issues.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front.

Someone who can drive sales and manage a team, but isn't afraid to get involved on the shop floor when things get busy.

Because we're still building 3cat in the Philippines, you'll also need to be comfortable working in a growing environment where not everything will be perfectly established from day one.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has solid retail experience, ideally with previous experience leading a team or managing a store.
• Is sales-driven and comfortable owning store targets, KPIs and overall performance.
• Can lead, coach and hold a frontline team accountable while creating a strong customer experience.
• Understands day-to-day store operations, inventory management, cash handling and basic POS/reporting systems.
• Has strong ownership and problem-solving skills, and can make decisions and run the store with minimal supervision.
• Communicates well, works effectively with the wider business and can work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Experience in electronics, telecommunications, gadgets or consumer retail would be an advantage.

A Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field is preferred, but practical retail and leadership experience matters most.
