The Mission
As an AI Operations Executive, you are the operational engine executing our cross-border expansion on the ground. Positioned at the dynamic intersection of operations management and AI automation, you will take ownership of the daily workflows that keep 3cat moving, with a dedicated focus on capturing the Philippine market.
You do not need to be a traditional software engineer, but you must possess an engineering mindset. Your goal is to ensure regional orders are processed and fulfilled seamlessly, all while training and refining the generative AI systems that support our international customer base.
What You'll Do
- Localize & Automate the Sales Flow: Take ownership of the Philippine sales funnel. You will train, refine, and build total autonomy for our generative AI chatbot to ensure smooth, highly converting, and contextually accurate conversations for the Philippine market.
- Cross-Border Order Coordination: Coordinate and automate the end-to-end order processing pipeline, proactively solving the logistical, fulfillment, and operational nuances specific to our Philippine operations.
- Build Automations: Design and implement workflows using low-code/no-code orchestration tools to completely eliminate repetitive manual tasks from our daily regional operations.
- Manage Database Flows: Assist in structuring, maintaining, and monitoring vital data flows between our frontend customer touchpoints, backend systems, and third-party applications.
What We're Looking For
- Tagalog Fluency: Native or highly proficient written and spoken Tagalog is mandatory. You will be the primary judge of our AI’s output, ensuring conversations are natural, polite, and culturally accurate for our buyers in the Philippines.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, operations, or customer service. Ambitious fresh graduates with a relentless drive to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
- Tech-Curious & Adaptable: You do not need to be a developer, but you must be deeply comfortable learning new software, grasping core automation concepts, and leveraging AI tools to multiply your daily output.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written skills are non-negotiable. You must seamlessly transition between coordinating with internal teams and typing highly professional, prompt responses to customers.
- Fierce Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a sharp eye for accuracy. You are the safeguard ensuring cross-border order precision and preventing costly errors in a complex logistics pipeline.
- Natural Problem Solver: The ability to think on your feet, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and resolve minor operational hiccups quickly and autonomously.
