Talent Specialist

The Role

This is more than just posting jobs and scheduling interviews.

You'll help us build the team behind 3cat's growth.

You'll manage hiring across retail, HQ and specialist roles, working closely with hiring managers to understand what they need and find the right people.

You'll also help us strengthen how we show up as an employer, build relationships with talent communities and support people and culture initiatives across the company.

You'll take ownership of:

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment across retail, HQ and different business functions, from sourcing and screening through to interviews and offers.
• Talent Sourcing: Build and maintain talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, universities, networking events and other relevant channels.
• Hiring Partnerships: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, role requirements and priorities.
• Candidate Experience: Make sure candidates have a positive, professional and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Employer Branding: Support content and initiatives that showcase life at 3cat, our people, culture and career opportunities.
• Recruitment Process: Track hiring activities and continuously improve our recruitment processes, templates and ways of working.
• Onboarding & Employee Experience: Support onboarding, employee engagement and culture initiatives that create a positive experience for our people.
• People Initiatives: Support wider People Team projects as 3cat continues to grow.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people.

You'll be speaking with candidates, hiring managers, employees and external communities regularly, so being comfortable building relationships and representing 3cat is important.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 2 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, Employer Branding or a related field.
• Has experience managing recruitment across different roles and functions.
• Is confident sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines, not just relying on job applications.
• Communicates well and enjoys meeting and speaking with new people.
• Is comfortable working closely with hiring managers and different stakeholders.
• Has strong written communication skills and can support recruitment and employer branding content.
• Is organised and able to manage multiple roles and priorities at the same time.
• Is proactive, resourceful and comfortable figuring things out in a fast-moving environment.
• Is passionate about people, talent and building a great place to work.

Experience in a startup, scale-up, retail, technology or consumer-facing business would be an advantage.

A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
